- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Electrical Trade Test
- Minimum 5 years' management experience within the mining industry
- Valid driver's licence, own transport, and own accommodation
- Based in the Northern Cape
- MS Office / Computer literate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, service delivery, and SLA performance
- Monitor SLA performance and drive corrective action where targets are at risk
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams while managing performance and disciplinary processes
- Allocate resources, coordinate work, and ensure effective communication across departments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend client meetings
- Ensure compliance with mining, health and safety, labour, and environmental legislation
- Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Develop strategies to improve service efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability
- Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
