Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for an Architect: Enterprise Security to join the Digital & Technology team at CCBA. CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. With over 14 000 employees in Africa, CCBA group services more than 800 000 customers with a host of international and local brands. CCBA group operates in 14 countries: South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi and the islands of Comoros and Mayotte.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Security solution architecture and governance.
- Identity, access, platform, application and cloud security design.
- AI and third-party security controls.
- Reusable security patterns and reference designs.
- Security and risk frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST Privacy, NIST AI RMF).
- Solution security review and compliance assurance.
- Delivery planning and technical advisory.
- Security Architecture & Governance : Design, review and govern security architecture across CCBA.
- Security by Design : Ensure identity, access, platform, application, cloud, AI and third-party controls are embedded into solutions from the start.
- Reusable Security Patterns : Define reusable security patterns and support delivery planning.
- Framework Application : Apply recognised security and risk frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST Privacy Framework and NIST AI RMF.
- Compliance Review & Assurance : Review solutions for security compliance and alignment to CCBA security standards.
- Resilience & Supportability : Ensure delivered solutions are secure, compliant, scalable and supportable.
Skills, Experience & Education
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
- Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, cloud security) advantageous.
Experience
- 8-12 years' experience in security architecture or cybersecurity.
- Experience with identity, cloud, application and AI security controls.
- Experience applying NIST and other security and risk frameworks.
- FMCG or multi-market enterprise environment experience advantageous.
