Job Description
- Produce high-quality technical working drawings for exciting, large-scale building packages.
- Author and coordinate accurate 3D building models using Revit software.
- Create and update useful project families and manage important model components.
- Attend regular project and site meetings to coordinate smoothly with professional consultants.
- Carry out helpful site inspections and compile clear, organized quality review lists.
- Assist with local municipal building plan submissions and statutory approval documentation.
- Maintain organized digital project records and filing to support seamless team delivery.
What You Need to Apply
- Relevant qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Around five years of practical experience in a professional architectural design studio.
- Solid, hands-on ability to build and coordinate models directly within Revit.
- Experience producing detailed technical working drawing packages for building construction.
- Basic working knowledge of building site administration and local council approval processes.
- Professional SACAP registration or active candidate registration is welcomed.
- A positive attitude, strong team-player spirit, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
