Are you a motivated individual looking to build a career in plumbing and gain valuable practical experience?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Apprentice Plumber to join a fabulous team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, work with their hands and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced plumbers.
Teams arrive at work by 8h30am and work commences from 9am and finish at 6pm unless overtime required or after hour works
K EY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist qualified plumbers with daily plumbing work
- Learn and develop practical plumbing skills
- Assist with installations, repairs and maintenance
- Use plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
- Assist with identifying and resolving plumbing issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Complete assigned tasks and training requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12
- Plumbing qualification or relevant plumbing studies would be advantageous
- Previous plumbing experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong willingness to learn and develop
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's licence would be advantageous
