Anthropic Claude Engineer

Introduction

Anicalls is looking for a talented Anthropic Claude Engineer to design, build, and support secure enterprise AI assistants and reasoning applications using Anthropic Claude . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Claude APIs, prompt engineering, long-context workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to develop scalable and intelligent AI solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI assistants and intelligent reasoning applications using Anthropic Claude .

• Build secure and scalable AI solutions utilizing Claude APIs .

• Create and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality and performance.

• Develop long-context workflows for processing large volumes of information efficiently.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for knowledge-driven AI applications.

• Develop backend services and AI integrations using Python .

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and cloud services.

• Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI application performance while ensuring security and compliance.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude , Generative AI, or closely related AI technologies.

• Experience building enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Knowledge of AI application architecture and cloud platforms.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG implementation, and AI workflows.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
