Analytics & Reporting Lead

We are seeking an experienced Analytics & Reporting Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, performance management, and commercial insights across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics strategy by translating business challenges into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Develop and oversee scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and management information tools.
• Establish and govern KPIs, scorecards, and reporting cadences to track and improve business performance.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-led recommendations.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of analytical outputs and reporting processes.
• Lead and mentor analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the enhancement of data collection processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Partner with technology teams to embed analytics into business planning, prioritisation, and commercial decision-making

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies, Information Technology, Mathematical Sciences, Analytics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience within analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data environments.
• At least 3-4 years' experience leading analytics teams in financial services or a related industry.
• Experience with Business Intelligence implementations will be advantageous.
• Strong SQL, Business Intelligence, and data visualisation expertise.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
