• Degree, Diploma, or Industry Certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Requirements
• 4+ years of Analytics Engineering experience • Strong experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies • Advanced SQL development experience • Experience developing PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric or Apache Spark environments • Proven experience building Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, OneLake, and Lakehouse concepts • Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing principles • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Technology Stack

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualisations • Build semantic models and trusted reporting datasets for self-service analytics • Develop KPI reporting solutions and business performance dashboards • Analyse datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights • Develop and maintain PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric • Build reporting-ready datasets through cleansing, transformation, and validation processes • Develop scalable data models and optimise complex SQL queries • Support data governance, quality initiatives, and documentation standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver analytics solutions Preferred Experience
