The successful candidate will lead the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights, support performance management, and enable data-led decision-making across multiple business areas. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence, data analytics, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
  • Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
  • Ensure the accuracy, governance, and integrity of analytics and reporting outputs.
  • Oversee data extraction, validation, transformation, and preparation for reporting and analysis.
  • Partner with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-driven solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions, and reporting cadences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop analytics team members to drive high-quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation, process optimisation, and enhanced analytics capabilities.
  • Support analytics-related technology initiatives, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Job Experience and Skills Required: Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
