We are seeking an experienced Analyst – Retail to join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will provide insightful financial analysis, identify business risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and support initiatives that drive profitability, cash generation, and sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decisions through data-driven insights, and continuously improving business performance. Detail: Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CA(SA) or CIMA qualification preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or business partnering. Experience in Oil & Gas preferred; Manufacturing, FMCG, Mining, Agriculture, or Supply Chain experience will also be considered. Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills. Advanced Excel skills; SAP, SAC, and Power BI experience advantageous.
