Qualifications
- Relevant Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced SQL skills essential
- BI certifications advantageous
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Insights roles
- Advanced SQL experience including complex joins, aggregations, and window functions
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools
- Strong data modelling and transformation skills
- Experience automating reporting and analytics processes
- Exposure to AI and LLM tools within analytics workflows
- Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling abilities
KPAs
- Own and enhance the reporting and analytics function
- Develop automated and self-service reporting solutions
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting standards
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes
- Leverage AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency
