The business manages a diversified portfolio and is focused on delivering sustainable financial and operational performance. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will take responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the business while providing meaningful commercial insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Strategy: Direct all daily accounting, bookkeeping, and cash flow operations across the property portfolio.
- Reporting & Compliance: Oversee group consolidations across multiple entities, prepare comprehensive monthly management packs, and ensure strict adherence to IFRS & technical accounting standards.
- Executive Partnership: Analyse financial performance to deliver strategic insights and present results to Executive Management and the EXCO.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Manage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent.
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 3 years experience post-articles.
- Experience using Accounting ERP Systems
