Key Responsibilities
• Manage month-end accounting processes, including journals, accruals and reconciliations. • Prepare management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled. • Assist with VAT, tax, audit and statutory requirements. • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis where required. • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting. Minimum Requirements
• BCom Accounting, Finance or related qualification. • 3+ years' experience in a full-function accounting role. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Experience with reconciliations, month-end processes and statutory requirements. • Good Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to ERP/accounting systems. • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
