- Ensure that enough washed trays are available before packing commences.
- Collect and stage components received from the warehouse.
- Ensure that the correct quantities of components are received from the store and are recorded into the daily logbook. If quantities are incorrect, report to the Process Leader.
- Transfer vials and ampoules.
- Transfer of filled product from metal trays into cardboard boxes.
- Collect empty trays from the packing department, clean them and pack them neatly.
- Assist in transferring empty vial trays from the filling room.
- Assist with the return of unused componentry to warehouse.
- Clean the component preparation area and Biovac area.
- Check consumables requirements daily and immediately report any anomalies noticed to process leader.
- Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedure rules and regulations relevant to the process activity.
- Carry out any necessary documentation as per the Standard Operating Procedure process records, etc..
- Train identified personnel on all related items relevant to operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Ensure daily target is met and assist the Process Leader with all daily lost time reports, sanitization reports and batch book requirements
- From time to time carry out other jobs within the department / factory, which are consistent with the grade, qualification and training of the incumbent.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Grade 12.
- The incumbent must be healthy and have good personal hygiene.
- 2 weeks experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer literate.
