- BSc Degree/National Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Environmental Management.
- NQF Level 7: Higher Education and Training, First Degree / Advanced Diplomas.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment of air quality monitoring and management of ambient air quality stations
- Registration with the relevant Professional body
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure the monitoring, reporting and review of air quality emissions as outlined in NEMAQA and related legislation and regulations in EMM.
- Ensure adequate implementation and maintenance of Governance and Risk Management practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable MFMA and other applicable legislation and regulation in EMM.
- Provide effective and efficient customer service
- Ensures effective contract management in area of responsibility
