- Creative management & production: Owns and manages the end-to-end creative process for both CX and Group/MVNX - from brief interpretation through to finished, production-ready design and video assets social creative, campaign visuals, motion/short-form video, web and sales collateral graphics - using tools including Google Flow, Nano Banana and the Adobe Suite and others, where needed.
- AI-assisted design workflows: Assist with the building and refinement of AI-assisted workflows that speed up production - templating, resizing/repurposing across formats, first-pass generation - while applying the judgement needed to bring AI-generated output up to brand and production standard.
- Brand and production quality control. Owns the "crisping up" of AI-generated design output - proportion, typography, brand coherence, and print/digital production readiness - before anything goes external. This will be managed through a matrix testing system.
- Video editing: Edit short-form video content directly, using AI tools & platforms.
- Brief intake and prioritisation. Takes briefs directly from both AI Brand Operators CX and Group, and manages a shared queue so neither brand is systematically deprioritised.
