Start free — we apply for you →You will be responsible for driving end-to-end AI solution delivery, from strategy and solution design through to deployment and production support. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade AI products and solutions, mentor technical teams, and help organisations realise the business value of AI through innovative and practical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects.
- Design, develop, deploy, and operationalise production-grade AI solutions.
- Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimise Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop Agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Lead AI application and product development initiatives from concept to production.
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions.
- Facilitate solution design workshops and provide strategic AI advisory services.
- Oversee AI model deployment, monitoring, governance, and performance management.
- Drive the development of reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor and develop AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and technical team members.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Drive continuous innovation across AI delivery and operational processes.
