Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments.

• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and automated workflows.

• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

• Optimise model performance, accuracy, and scalability.

• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed machine learning systems.

• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Stay current with emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Experience & Skills of the Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a similar role.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment practices.

• Experience working with SQL and large-scale datasets.

• Understanding of data engineering and software development best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
