AI Enabled Full Stack Engineer

This is not a traditional engineering role.

genuine energy from shipping. You should be AI-native, using modern AI engineering tools to

dramatically multiply your output and have an intense bias toward action, experimentation, and

The Day to Day of the Job

You will work closely with the CTO and engineering leadership to

• Maintain and improve existing JavaScript/React applications and cloud infrastructure

• Build new AI enabled applications, workflows, and internal tooling

• Design scalable APIs and event driven systems

• Develop integrations with healthcare systems, telephony plaDorms, AI providers, and

third-party services

• Use modern AI tooling and coding assistants to improve development velocity and

quality

• Help evolve our platform toward autonomous and intelligent workflow orchestration

You should be comfortable operating across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, databases,

integrations, and AI assisted engineering workflows.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience

• Strong written and verbal English communication

• Ability to work EST hours

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving HealthTech startup environment

• Strong problem solving and systems thinking mindset

• Self-driven and capable of operating independently

workflows and modern development acceleration tools.

Technical Requirements & Job Duties

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, and

Azure)

• Experience managing high-availability, real-time systems (telephony, VoIP, or similar is a

major advantage)

• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO)

• Experience with incident management, monitoring, and observability tools

• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and system security best practices

• Experience working with modern application stacks (APIs, microservices, serverless

architectures)

• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, and operational dashboards

• Exposure to AI-driven systems or data platforms is a plus

Job Duties

• Maintain and enhance existing React / Next.js applications in production

• Build new products and internal tools using AI assisted development workflows

• Design and develop scalable REST APIs and microservices

• Work with Firestore, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based data systems

• Build integrations with external APIs, healthcare systems, and AI plaDorms

• Collaborate on conversational AI and workflow orchestration initiatives

• Assist with system architecture, scalability, observability, and reliability

• Ensure security and engineering best practices are followed

• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and product innovation

• Contribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation initiatives using AI tooling
