The role focuses on streamlining business processes, developing automation tools, and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
- 4–5 years' experience in a technology, systems, automation, or Microsoft 365-focused role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, SQL, and Visual Studio
- Strong understanding of AI, workflow automation, business process improvement, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to assess the operational and financial impact of technology initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, or API integrations will be advantageous
