The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that enhance customer interactions, improve operational efficiencies, and support strategic business initiatives across multiple business units. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Technologies, and Responsible AI practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered voice bots and conversational chatbots using modern AI frameworks and LLM technologies. • Build and maintain production-ready AI applications supporting customer interaction channels. • Develop Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and speech analytics solutions. • Design and enhance AI-driven Quality Assurance systems for automated call auditing and compliance monitoring. • Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) solutions, including models for African and low-resource languages. • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms through APIs and cloud-based services. • Build scalable machine learning pipelines and support model deployment using MLOps best practices. Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Honours Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. • Actuarial background preferred • 2+ years of experience in a similar field • AI or Cloud certifications (Azure AI or similar) are beneficial. • Strong Python development skills.
