This is a ‘LIVE OUT' position. Detail: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agricultural Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years' experience in agricultural implement manufacturing or related industry. Strong technical knowledge of farm machinery, design, and fabrication processes. Proven experience in client engagement, product development, and business management. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and manufacturing quality systems. Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of technical drawing or CAD designs KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with farmers and clients Technical understanding of agricultural implements and their field application Strategic thinking and business acumen Ability to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
