Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an Aftersales Manager or Parts Manager role within a franchised motor dealership.
- Proven experience managing Parts and Service Departments.
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations, OEM standards, warranty administration, workshop management, and parts inventory control.
- Experience driving aftersales revenue, workshop performance, and parts sales.
- Strong leadership, financial, organisational, and communication skills.
- Computer literate with dealership management system experience.
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
- Previous Suzuki dealership experience will be advantageous.
