Detail: Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an Aftersales Manager or Parts Manager role within a franchised motor dealership. Proven experience managing Parts and Service Departments. Strong knowledge of dealership operations, OEM standards, warranty administration, workshop management, and parts inventory control. Experience driving aftersales revenue, workshop performance, and parts sales. Strong leadership, financial, organisational, and communication skills. Computer literate with dealership management system experience. Valid Code 8 driver's licence. Previous Suzuki dealership experience will be advantageous.
