• Driving sales growth across commercial vehicle and truck spare parts, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. • Managing and developing relationships with key accounts, including fleet operators, workshops, transport companies, and trade customers. • Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the customer base within the aftermarket truck parts sector. • Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, negotiating, closing deals, and after-sales support. • Providing technical parts support, including product identification, OEM cross-referencing, and VIN-based parts matching. • Preparing quotations and managing pricing, ordering, invoicing, back-orders, and customer queries with accuracy and efficiency. • Facilitating and coordinating the ordering process with key local and international suppliers to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. • Monitoring sales performance, margins, stock movement, and customer buying trends to maximise profitability. • Leading and supporting internal and external sales activities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. • Building strong supplier relationships to ensure a competitive product range and reliable supply chain. • Maintaining regular customer engagement through telephone calls, customer visits, and digital communication platforms. • Ensuring all sales administration is accurate, timeous, and aligned with company policies and procedures . Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric. • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial vehicle, truck body, or aftermarket automotive parts sales. • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle platforms including MAN, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, FAW, Hino, Isuzu, and similar European, American and Asian truck brands. • Sound understanding of aftermarket truck body parts, lighting, mirrors, and commercial vehicle replacement parts. • Experience working with parts catalogues, VIN decoding, OEM cross-referencing, and technical parts identification. • Proven ability to grow customer accounts, develop new business, and consistently achieve sales targets. • Experience dealing with local and international suppliers will be advantageous. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Well-developed organisational and administrative abilities. • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills; Pastel experience will be advantageous. • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. • Clear criminal record and sober habits. • Preferred age range: 25 45 years. • Reliable, professional, accountable, and customer focused.
