Spares Sales Department Manager (Mining) – Krugersdorp 
 A well-established OEM in the mining and mineral processing sector is seeking an experienced Spares Sales Department Manager to join their team in Krugersdorp . This role reports directly to the Managing Director and is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong technical and aftermarket experience. 
 Key Responsibilities 
 Leadership & Team Management 
 
 • Lead a cross-functional team across sourcing, warehousing, sales, and support
 • Provide guidance and support to Sales Engineers across regions
 • Drive performance, development, and alignment across departments
 
 Customer & Sales Support 
 
 • Oversee costing, quoting, and order processing for spare parts and services
 • Ensure efficient order fulfilment, delivery, and client communication
 • Drive initiatives to minimise customer downtime and improve service delivery
 
 Field Services Management 
 
 • Coordinate field service operations, including planning, resourcing, and logistics
 • Ensure compliance with safety standards across all job sites
 
 Operations & Process Improvement 
 
 • Manage and improve inventory, part numbering systems, and workflows
 • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
 
 Strategic & Commercial Support 
 
 • Support sales with lifecycle costing and maintenance planning
 • Manage and negotiate long-term customer agreements
 
 Minimum Requirements 
 
 • Matric (Grade 12)
 • 10+ years’ experience in the mining or mineral processing industry
 • Strong exposure to crushing, screening, or similar processing equipment
 • Experience in spare parts, aftermarket services, or supply chain management
 • Proven leadership and team management experience
 • Strong commercial and customer-facing capability
 • Advanced computer skills (Excel, reporting, systems)
 • Afrikaans speaking (essential) 
 • Must reside in or near Krugersdorp (within 20km radius)
