Candidate Profile
- Strong retail store management background 3-5 years with Africa experience advantageous
- High energy, willing to travel +-50% of the time
- Skilled in the 4 fundamentals of retail : people, stock, merchandising, pricing
- Weekly performance reviews with Operations Exec
- Sales driven, cost conscious, and proactive in comparing shopping analysis
- Effective in managing in-stocks, reducing redundant stock, and driving teams to exceed targets
- Excellent relationship builder and trader mindset, seeks growth beyond existing stores
