You will play a key role in helping clients understand their treatment options, build confidence in their decisions, and achieve the best possible outcomes through tailored treatment programmes.

About the Role

As the first point of contact during a client's treatment journey, you will conduct in-depth consultations, identify client concerns, recommend suitable treatment solutions, and convert consultations into treatment sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, confident in client-facing consultations, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients.

• Assess hair and scalp concerns while gathering relevant medical and lifestyle information.

• Explain treatment options, products, pricing, and payment solutions in a clear and professional manner.

• Recommend personalised treatment programmes based on individual client needs.

• Convert consultations into treatment sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.

• Follow up on leads and nurture prospective clients through the decision-making process.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through to treatment commencement.

• Maintain accurate consultation records, follow-up notes, and client information.

• Process contracts, supporting documentation, and payment arrangements accurately.

• Collaborate closely with clinical, reception, and support teams.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, products, and industry developments.

• Uphold ethical sales practices and ensure realistic treatment expectations are communicated at all times.

• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and treatment training.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Qualification in Somatology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, medical, or treatment sales.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong consultation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional presentation and client-facing confidence.

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options.

• Computer literacy and experience with CRM or client management systems.

• Ability to work Saturdays and according to branch operating hours.
