We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and client-focused Aesthetic Doctor  to join our growing aesthetics division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about skincare, beauty and wellness and wants to grow within a premium medical environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct professional skin and aesthetic consultations and assessments.

● Perform approved aesthetic and skincare treatments within your scope of practice and qualifications.

● Develop personalised treatment and skincare recommendations for clients.

● Provide clear pre-treatment and post-treatment guidance.

● Keep accurate client records and treatment notes.

● Educate clients about suitable skincare routines and products.

● Follow up with clients regarding treatments, skincare and future appointments.

● Recommend appropriate treatment plans, packages and skincare products.

● Keep up to date with new aesthetic treatments, products and industry developments.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree.

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and in good standing.

• Previous experience in aesthetic medicine, preferably 2–3 years.

• Experience performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as:

• Botulinum toxin treatments

• Dermal fillers

• Skin boosters

• Chemical peels

• Microneedling

• Medical-grade skincare

• Facial rejuvenation treatments

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment and treatment planning.

• Experience managing potential complications and adverse reactions from aesthetic procedures.

• Good patient consultation and communication skills.

• A strong eye for facial aesthetics, symmetry and natural-looking results.

• Experience maintaining accurate patient records and obtaining informed consent.

Requirements

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification.

• Current HPCSA registration.

• Appropriate aesthetic medicine training/certification.

• Professional indemnity insurance.

• Valid BLS/CPR certification.

• Knowledge of infection prevention and clinical safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, warm and patient-centred approach.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to Willow House Medical’s clinical protocols.

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based aesthetic practice.

Package & Remuneration

The practice retains an agreed percentage of revenue generated , with the remaining revenue paid directly to the practitioner. As your patient base and clinical services grow, so does your earning potential, providing uncapped income opportunities with no fixed ceiling on earnings.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 16:00

• No weekend work required (unless mutually agreed for special clinic sessions or events).
