- Ensure the efficient and operational readiness of emergency calls
- Administer patient care in line with the scope of practice
- Ensure the safe and rapid transportation of patients to the desired medical facility.
- Ensure the accurate completion and administration of all medical reports.
- Uphold high ethical and professional standards
- Respond constructively to pressure and persevere through challenges
- Adhere to company policies
Requirements
- Must have a Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Must have a valid Driver's License and PDP
- Must have an appropriate Life Support qualification ALS - NDIP, ECP OR CCA
- Must have at least 5 years' experience at the appropriate level
- Must have an up-to-date registration certificate with HPCSA
- Must have completed the CPG upgrade
- Must be able to cope under pressure
- Must have quality assurance knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts
- High energy levels and tolerance for stress
- Adaptable and able to work effectively within a team
