The role involves managing client administration, preparing monthly ageings and reports, handling declarations to insurers, and resolving client queries efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can adapt to changing priorities. A negotiable salary is offered based on experience, with flexible working hours when required. Detail: Duties: General client administration. Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis. Prepare the client reports. Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer. Attend to client queries timeously. Ensure that client invoices are paid by the client timeously. Prioritise and reprioritise tasks on a continuous basis ensuring that time standards are complied with.
