- Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations by providing efficient administrative support and ensuring the smooth coordination of office activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Capture, update, and maintain information across internal systems and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing meeting packs.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Assist with document management and record keeping.
- Process administrative documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims where required.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Perform general office administration and other ad hoc duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric.
- A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous.
- 2–3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with document management systems, ERP, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a corporate environment will be beneficial.
