Job Description: This position involves:

• Reviewing purchase orders, goods received vouchers, and supplier invoices

• Preparing creditor reconciliations and payments accurately and on time

• Generating customer invoices and statements

• Managing daily cash flow activities and bank reconciliations

• Preparing journals, accruals, provisions, and corrections

• Assisting with monthly variance analysis and general ledger reviews

• Assisting with payroll schedules and finance administration tasks

• Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar finance or accounting administration role

• Experience working on financial systems eg, SAP (highly advantageous)

• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure

Qualification

• B.Com Accounting (or similar)
