Introduction

To provide administrative and operational support for the management of company accommodation and housing assets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company houses, occupants, lease agreements, and related accommodation information.
  • Manage and Coordinate accommodation allocations, occupancy management, and the resolution of accommodation-related queries.
  • Site visits and property inspections to company accommodation facilities, ensuring that housing standards are maintained and any maintenance, safety, or housekeeping issues are identified and addressed
  • Maintain accurate records of company furniture and household assets, including their location, condition, and allocation.
  • Coordinate the delivery, transfer, replacement, and collection of furniture and household assets between company properties/rental properties
  • Communicate with employees, landlords, contractors, service providers, and internal departments regarding accommodation, maintenance, and asset-related matters.
  • Prepare accommodation-related reports and ensure all property, occupancy, and asset records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Perform general administrative duties and any other reasonable tasks as required by management

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Senior Certification: Grade 12
  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in administration related role
  • Valid Drivers' License
  • Computer Literate, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, & Power Point)
  • Medically fit and Clear criminal record
  • Strong organisational, administrative skills & strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure
