Requirements
- Grade 12 plus a recognized bachelor's degree in, preferably, the social sciences or research. At least 2-3 years' experience in primary and secondary research. All valid relevant driving licenses (A and EC). No criminal record or any pending cases against you.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and appreciation of concepts and application of research methodologies and tools. Knowledge and appreciation of best practices/benchmark, service standards and customer care.

Duties
- Develop proposal on niche area research. Conduct a literature review. Develop data collection instruments and collect data. Undertake niche area research in law enforcement agencies.
- Compile research reports with findings. Undertake an assessment of community safety models. Conduct a literature review. Develop a research proposal. Develop data collection instruments.
- Compile research reports with findings. Gather information for the repository on research products. Provide logistical support on the dissemination of research results.
