 Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role includes some weekends and public holidays. You will help with general admin tasks and support the team that works with our trucks and drivers.
Who are you?
You are organised, dependable and can work well under pressure. You are comfortable using a computer for basic tasks and can follow instructions. You are also able to talk easily with drivers and team members, and you are happy to work shifts.

Your areas of responsibility
Help with general admin tasks like filing, data entry, and keeping records up to date
Issue and collect driver paperwork (logbooks, delivery books, etc.)
Capture information from driver trips into simple software programs
Help keep key registers and other records organised
Support other teams when needed with general tasks
Key requirements
Someone who is to work on weekends
Basic computer literacy - data entry, spreadsheets and email
Pays attention to detail and stays organised
Can follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Good at working with people an­d asking questions when unsure
Reliable, honest, and able to work independently
It is a bonus if you have
Experience working in a logistics environment
