SkyFarmers (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised and professional Admin & Sales Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• General office administration and filing

• Preparing and sending quotations to clients

• Processing sales orders and invoices

• Following up on quotations and outstanding client enquiries

• Assisting the sales team with daily administrative duties

• Communicating professionally with customers via telephone, email and WhatsApp

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

• Updating price lists and product information

• Assisting with stock enquiries and availability

• Coordinating orders with the warehouse and relevant departments

• Following up on deliveries and customer orders

• Capturing information accurately on company systems

• Assisting with reports, spreadsheets and sales documentation

• Providing excellent after-sales customer service

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Previous experience in administration and/or sales administration

• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional telephone and email etiquette

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Must be reliable, responsible and able to work independently

• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude

• Experience with quotations, invoices, stock or order processing will be advantageous

Package & Remuneration

R10 000 - R15 000 pm depending on experience
