Based at the Mount Coke Factory / King William's Town, Kidd's Beach or East London, with the ability to travel to Mount Coke .

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and disciplined Admin Manager to oversee administrative and logistics-related functions at their Mount Coke factory. The successful candidate will be strong-minded, structured and able to work effectively in a demanding operational environment. The role requires an individual who is comfortable multitasking, following and executing instructions, taking initiative and maintaining a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will also interact with the local community and must be able to engage respectfully and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in administration and/or logistics

Experience with wage preparation and invoicing

Strong computer literacy and administrative skills

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Own reliable vehicle and Code 08 driver's licence Willingness and ability to travel

Must be comfortable working in a demanding/operational environment

Immediately available or able to commence as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Mount Coke factory

Prepare and process wage information accurately and timeously

Handle invoicing and related administrative documentation

Assist with stock administration and record keeping

Support logistics and operational administration

Ensure accurate capturing, processing and maintenance of information

Follow established procedures, instructions and controls

Coordinate multiple administrative priorities and meet deadlines

Identify administrative issues and take initiative to resolve them

Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and relevant external parties

Travel as required in support of operational requirements

Engage with the surrounding community in a respectful and professional manner

Maintain a structured, organised and disciplined approach to all administrative functions
