Remuneration: R 7500 monthly stipend. Requirements Minimum educational qualification: Relevant post matric diploma or degree qualification in Office Management, Business Management/Administration, etc. Experience: None required. Willingness to learn and gain practical experience. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Knowledge of office management, financial management, social media platforms and website editing advantageous. Ability to work independently. Ability to take minutes. Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly. Good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure. Good planning and organisational skills. High level of reliability. Able to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Provide an administrative support service. Assist with administration of the budget. Review and balance processing of financial documentation. Review relevant departmental prescripts and policies and ensure compliance and application thereof. Prepare invoices on Excel. Receive enquiries on venue hire and accounts and provide feedback. Review and update social media platforms and websites. Assist with organizing events and consultative meetings. Effective records management. Effective use of resources and consumables.
