Start free — we apply for you →The primary purpose of this position is to provide effective administrative and coordination support to the infrastructure & Maintenance Department to enhance operational efficiency, support compliance with institutional systems and procedures, and ensure accurate documentation, communication, and reporting. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of maintenance operations through structured document management, system support, stakeholder communication, and administrative coordination.
Key Performance Areas
- Contribute towards improving operational efficiency.
- Compilation of documents required for policies and procedures.
- Processing and coordination of documents.
- Maintenance of communication with key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
- M+3 in Office Administration or a relevant qualification.
- 4 years' experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience in a maintenance, technical, facilities, or operations environment will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of document management and administrative systems is essential.
