THE JOB AT A GLANCE The Legal Graduate will support the legal team in providing sound legal advice, conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate legal affairs, governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management within a dynamic business environment. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Assist with legal research and provide summaries of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law. Support the drafting, reviewing, and administration of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Assist in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements. Support the management of legal risks by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions. Assist with the preparation of legal opinions, reports, and presentations. Maintain legal records, document repositories, and contract databases. Support litigation management and liaise with external legal service providers where required. Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide legal and compliance support. Participate in legal projects and process improvement initiatives. Stay informed about legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business.
