Role Qualification Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have a Grade 12 qualification, supported by an Assessor Certificate and an ETDP SETA Accredited Train the Trainer qualification. You will also hold a Design and Develop Learning Materials qualification, enabling you to create and facilitate meaningful learning experiences that support both individual and team development. Your background will include exposure to Quality Control practices, allowing you to confidently monitor compliance, identify development opportunities, and support continuous improvement. Role Skills Requirements Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong interpersonal capability, and a genuine passion for developing others. You will be confident using technology to support learning, quality assurance, and reporting activities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience working with Accounts Receivable systems and shared digital collaboration platforms such as OneDrive or ShareDrive will enable you to work efficiently across teams and functions. You will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and foster positive working relationships across various departments. Your ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, will ensure that training content, quality feedback, reports, and day-to-day interactions are professional, effective, and engaging. Fluency in English and Afrikaans will allow you to communicate confidently with a broad range of stakeholders. A sound understanding of financial and numerical concepts will be important, particularly when reconciling accounts, interpreting financial information, and applying logical reasoning to support decision-making.
