Start free — we apply for you →Job Description:Capture and process supplier invoices while ensuring accurate cost allocations and reconciliationsPerform creditor reconciliations and assist with supplier payments and query resolutionSupport the accounts receivable function, including invoicing and statement distributionProcess journals and assist with month-end accounting activitiesMaintain and update the fixed asset register and process related transactionsPerform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliationsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial analysisPrepare reports and support the finance team with ad-hoc requests and projectsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controlsSkills & Experience: Experience within Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableExposure to fixed assets and month-end accounting processesStrong reconciliation and reporting skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience using Sage or similar accounting systems - advantageousExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a deadline-driven environmentQualification:Diploma in Finance, Accounting OR EquivalentAccounting Degree - advantageous For more information connect with us on https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/J/Junior-Accountant-1323324-Job-Search-08-31-2026-04-16-34-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
