This role offers a unique combination of finance, data analysis, reporting, compliance and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and wants exposure to a specialised industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who is highly accurate, confident working with data and able to manage deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process membership applications and respond to member queries
- Maintain accurate member records and registers
- Assist with member invoicing and debtor management
- Follow up on member tonnage declarations
- Capture and analyse tonnage data
- Prepare reports and financial information for management
- Support the Financial Manager with monthly management accounts
- Prepare interim and annual regulatory reports
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Assist with EPR fee collection and payment processes
Qualifications & Skills
• Matric • BCom or equivalent • Finance or Accounting modules advantageous • Minimum 2-5 years' experience • Proven reconciliation experience • Strong accounting knowledge If you're ready to take your finance career into a role where finance, data and sustainability come together , this could be the opportunity for you.
