The ideal candidate must have an accounting, stock and logistics-related background.
Requirements
• Manage customer orders, invoices, credit notes, claims and deliveries. • Follow up on outstanding and incomplete orders. • Process customer claims and approve credit notes. • Coordinate orders between customers, account managers, warehouses and logistics providers. • Monitore stock across storage locations in six provinces. • Report stock shortages, damages, near-expiry stock and discrepancies. • Coordinate stock movements and resolve inventory discrepancies. • Manage export shipments, freight quotations and shipping documentation. • Prepare customer statements and resolve account queries. • Process supplier invoices and submit them for payment. • Load supplier payments for banking authorisation. • Manage outstanding accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
