Accountant - US Based Employer -

Introduction

IS Technology is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Accountant to run our month-end close, keep our billing airtight, and drive down DSO through smart collections management. This is a high-visibility seat — you'll work directly with leadership, not buried three layers deep in a shared services team.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll actually do

• Own the monthly/quarterly/year-end close — journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, done right and on time

• Be the point person for external auditors (you'll prep, not scramble)

• Run billing end-to-end and reconcile bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts

• Manage AR and collections — aging reports, credit limits, and getting invoices paid faster

• Partner cross-functionally on revenue recognition and cost allocation

• Help modernize our accounting workflows (systems, automation, process)

Desired Experience & Qualification

What you bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years in accounting with real close, reconciliation, and billing chops

• Solid Accounting knowledge and internal controls experience

• Audit experience — you know how to work with external auditors, not just avoid them

• A track record of actually collecting money, not just reporting on it

Package & Remuneration

Base salary $600,000 annual
