An accounting firm in Johannesburg is seeking an accountant who has completed articles.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare monthly journals and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Prepare VAT and other statutory submissions
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with financial reporting and audits
- Perform general accounting and administrative duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- BCom Accounting or related qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
