Detail: Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within agriculture, fruit exports, or FMCG. Strong understanding of cost accounting and reconciliation processes. Experience with foreign currency transactions and banking processes will be advantageous. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to ERP/accounting systems such as Syspro and QX. Responsibilities but not limited to: Oversee the configuration and administration of Citrus time pools within internal systems. Prepare and process producer payments and remittance statements accurately and timeously. Reconcile sales, commission, and general ledger accounts. Process commercial invoices and manage balance sheet control accounts. Assist with cash flow planning and foreign exchange transaction monitoring. Supervise foreign currency bank accounts and related currency contracts. Administer debtors and creditors in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain strong working knowledge of the company's operational and financial systems relevant to citrus packing and export activities. Monitor and interpret overseas market performance to support financial planning and reporting.
