The candidate will manage end-to-end accounting processes, tenant invoicing on Re-Leased, and debtor management while working on Xero Detail: Location Lanseria, Johannesburg Requirements: SAIPA- qualified Accountant Mathematics taken in high school Minimum of 5 years' full function accounting experience Experience working on Xero is essential Property industry experience highly advantageous Responsibilities: Full accounting function for multiple property companies including: Processing transactions Reconciling all accounts Preparing management accounts Maintaining accurate financial records Invoice tenants through Re-Leased and follow up on outstanding payments Manage cash flow, budgets, and monthly reporting Prepare audit packs and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Collaborate with the property team on lease information, renewals, and escalations show more...
