Job description

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

• Perform detailed Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Process and review accounting journals

• Prepare annual financial statements

• Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes

• Oversee VAT reconciliations, submissions and payments

• Maintain fixed asset registers and supporting schedules

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

• Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

• PA(SA) designation (Non-Negotiable)

• BCom Accounting or related degree
