Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bcom

• 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience.

• Experience managing the full accounting function.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Oversee cash flow monitoring and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare and process month-end and year-end journals.

• Assist with statutory submissions and tax compliance requirements.

• Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
